This course will acquaint the student with the administrative tasks of the pastor with practical information and resources to facilitate the various aspects of the church ministry. This manual provides foundations of the administrative process with a focus on the mission, organization, goal setting and long range planning of the Christian leader-pastor. Topics discussed are recruiting, training, motivating, delegating, decision-making, building relationships, communicating and chairing meetings. Sample job descriptions are also given.
